We start with an intake call to explore your travel goals, preferences, budget, and any special requests. Whether you’re dreaming of hilltop villages in Tuscany or seaside towns in the Basque Country, I want to understand the why behind your trip.

Once we decide to work together, I charge a fixed design fee to begin the planning process. This includes:
Tailored route suggestions
Curated accommodation options
Recommended activities & local experiences
Logistics (transport, transfers, travel rhythm)
A beautiful, detailed travel proposal (PDF or online viewer)
You’ll have a chance to review and refine the proposal before we confirm anything.

If you’d like me to assist with bookings, I will secure hotels, guided tours, train tickets and airport transfers.
I charge a 12% coordination fee on all travel arrangements I book on your behalf.
You always pay directly to the provider, so you keep control over your credit card rewards and travel insurance benefits.

Before departure, you’ll receive:
A digital travel pack with all confirmations
Optional printed documents (available on request)
Personal tips, etiquette advice, and dining suggestions
My personal contact details.

While you’re away, I remain available for support, minor adjustments, or questions via email or WhatsApp (within European business hours). You’ll never feel alone, but also never micromanaged.

Planning a tailor-made journey requires time, expertise, and a deep understanding of what truly makes a trip unforgettable. To ensure each itinerary is carefully crafted and every detail is taken care of, I work with a clear and transparent pricing model:
1. Design Fee (Fixed Starting Price)
This one-time fee covers the initial consultation, the custom itinerary design, research, and personal travel advice, tailored to your specific preferences, interests, and travel goals.
Short trips (3–5 days): from €300
Classic journeys (1–2 weeks): from €500
Complex or multi-country itineraries: from €850
This fee is due before any bookings are made and is non-refundable.
2. Booking Commission
If you choose to have me take care of your bookings, I charge a commission of 12% of the total travel arrangements I personally book for you. This includes accommodations, flights, transfers, guided tours, car rentals, and experiences.
This commission reflects the time spent coordinating with trusted local partners, ensuring seamless logistics, and being available for you throughout your trip.
Example: If I arrange bookings worth €6,000, the commission would be €720 (in addition to the design fee).
3. Optional Add-ons
Restaurant and spa reservations: €25
Personalized travel documents sent by post: €50
Extra travel consultation (e.g., for trips you book yourself): €75/hour
